Biography
Hi, my name is Sherronda!
I am honored to come alongside individuals, couples, and families on their journey to better understand behaviors, explore the systems that shape and influence them, identify triggers and coping strategies, reframe unhelpful narratives, and face life’s challenges. I bring compassion and a nonjudgmental presence into each session while guiding activities and conversation. My holistic, person centered approach meets you where you are so you can move toward where you want to be. I look forward to starting this journey with you.
My Practice
I partner with you to create a safe space where specialized treatment and care can be provided. As we build rapport and establish a positive therapeutic relationship, I work with you to identify your personal goals and support you as you courageously navigate your life experiences. I use an interdisciplinary approach that blends evidence based practices and appropriate treatment modalities, including solution focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, task centered practices, systems theory, attachment theory, and emotionally focused therapy, in order to best meet your needs.
