Biography

Hi, my name is Rebecca!

I want to build a genuine connection with you as you move through your healing and growth journey. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and I tailor therapy to meet your individual needs while offering steady support along the way. I am not afraid to go there with you and explore what is really going on, including the possible root causes of the concerns you are facing. I will meet you where you are, be one of your biggest cheerleaders, and also support you in stepping outside of your comfort zone so you can move toward your goals.

My Practice

I have a natural ability to connect with people of all ages and from a wide range of backgrounds, socioeconomic statuses, family structures, sexual orientations, genders, and abilities. This helps me show up as both a well-rounded person and an effective clinician. I have special training in working with parents who need support, couples who feel disconnected or stuck in communication, and children who are trying to make sense of big emotions.

I believe in jumping in and doing the hard work together. I take a systemic view by looking at the influences of community, family, environment, and other surrounding factors in order to better understand you and how your world has shaped what you are experiencing. I work in a highly collaborative way and I am also willing to invite you to explore alternative solutions that you may not have considered before.
