Biography

My name is Elina, and I am a first generation Armenian immigrant. I believe everyone has a story to tell, and I recognize how much courage it can take to share that story. One of my priorities in therapy is creating a space where you feel safe, heard, and truly seen. I tailor my approach to fit your needs, whether you prefer a more directive style or simply need a place to talk things through. I work especially well with teenagers and adults who are navigating school, relationships, work and careers, parenting, and the many challenges that come with everyday life.

My Practice

I take a conversational, collaborative approach to therapy. Rather than focusing on surface level questions, I work with you to explore your strengths, areas of growth, and where you ultimately want to be. I believe you are the expert of your own life, and my role is to support and walk alongside you for as long as that journey takes. I value diversity, culture, and individualism, and I strive to be compassionate, non judgmental, and culturally sensitive. My goal is for you to feel comfortable speaking freely, knowing you are supported in a space built on trust and care.
