Biography

Hi, my name is Channel!

I am a Pennsylvania native with over 10 years of experience in social work across mental health, housing, and community integration, and I have also worked internationally with displaced youth in Cartagena, Colombia. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a Master of Social Work. I am deeply passionate about the holistic well-being of individuals and their communities, particularly those from historically marginalized groups, and my work is grounded in understanding and honoring diverse perspectives while acknowledging the systems that shape our lives.

My Practice

My clinical interests include narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), gestalt therapy, and integrative therapy. I enjoy supporting clients with boundaries, self-care, enmeshment, codependency, work–life balance, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and interpersonal conflict. I believe people are dynamic and continually evolving, and I take a strengths-based, holistic approach that meets clients where they are. My goal is to work in partnership with you to support meaningful growth while providing a space rooted in empathy, compassion, cultural responsiveness, and safety.
