Biography
Hi, my name is Ashley!
I am a neurodivergent therapist dedicated to fostering self acceptance and empowerment within the Autistic community. During my time in higher education, I was recognized with awards for my research and citizen leadership related to developing mental health stigma reduction programs. After relocating to Rochester, Minnesota in 2022, my passion for working with Autistic children grew, which led me to shift my professional focus to providing comprehensive support for Autistic adults and youth.
My Practice
My specialized clinical focus includes exploring autistic identity, addressing neurodivergent trauma, and supporting individuals with intersecting identities such as BIPOC and LGBTQ+. I am committed to using therapeutic approaches that are culturally competent, trauma informed, and truly neurodiversity affirming.

Works with children, teens, young adults, and adults navigating stress, anxiety, burnout, relationship concerns, identity exploration, athletic performance pressure, and life transitions.

When I’m Not in Session
When I’m not in the office, I enjoy baking and dancing around my kitchen to death metal, curling up with my cats, Onyx and Spice, and a good fantasy novel, or painting Warhammer miniatures with my partner.
