Biography

Hi, my name is Anna!

I approach therapy with warmth and curiosity, creating a space where you can be yourself and feel truly heard. Whether you’re navigating a big life change, processing past experiences, or needing a place to pause and reflect, my focus is on supporting you in finding clarity and building practical tools you can carry into everyday life. Healing can be challenging, but it doesn’t have to feel overwhelming. 

My Practice

I enjoy working with young adults and individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, self-worth, and relationship challenges. I’m especially drawn to supporting clients through those “in-between” seasons of life when things feel uncertain, overwhelming, or confusing.

When I’m Not in Session

I enjoy spending quality moments with family and friends. I love traveling and am always planning my next trip. I’m passionate about pop culture- yes, I’m a proud Swiftie- and enjoy watching reality TV and the latest rom-coms. I also love reading, alternating between self-help and fiction. Additionally, I cherish going on walks with my dog and partner.
