Biography

Hi, my name is Angela!

I have always been interested in the ways mental health, identity, and relationships shape our ability to live the lives we want. The reasons people seek therapy are as diverse and unique as the individuals themselves, which is why I believe therapy should be highly individualized. My approach is eclectic and personalized, guided by the needs, desires, and goals of the person in front of me.

My Practice

In our work together, we will collaborate on what therapy means to you and what you hope to gain from the experience. I strive to create a space where your perspective is genuinely valued and met with sincere validation, thoughtful insight, and practical strategies to support your growth, healing, and goals. I am deeply invested in knowing and celebrating each individual in my care.

Clinical Interests

Family Dynamics, Life Transitions, Identity Exploration, Self-Compassion, Boundary Setting, Emotional Regulation, Stress Management, Personal Growth, and Strengths-Based, Culturally Responsive Care

More About Angela

When I’m Not in Session

I can never seem to pick just one hobby and stick with it, so I enjoy dabbling in many different forms of art, including drawing, painting, and casual photography. I find joy in self-expression by experimenting with things like hair color, tattoos, and clothing. I love spending quality, low-key time at home with my spouse, cats, dog, and house plants. People are sometimes surprised to learn that I enjoy console gaming and collecting tiny animal figurines from antique stores and gift shops when I travel.
