Biography
Hi, my name is Labibah!

I identify as a multiracial and multicultural, cisgender, heterosexual woman. My approach to therapy is eclectic and blends evidence based interventions with complementary practices to create a holistic, client centered experience for each person. This approach places you as the expert at the center of your care, allowing me to guide you through the healing process while working to reduce pain and suffering and increase joy and overall wellness in a holistic way.

My clinical approach is informed by multiple theories and centers on viewing you through a holistic, biopsychosocial and spiritual lens in both assessment and treatment. In my work, you are always at the center and the expert on your own life, experiences, and needs.
