Biography
Hi, my name is Hannah!
I am interested in helping you re conceptualize difficult life events and work collaboratively to build positive and meaningful experiences over time. As a clinical social worker, I focus on developing a strong understanding of where you are in your life and how your environment, culture, and past experiences influence what you are navigating today. From there, I support deeper exploration within the therapeutic space at a pace that feels safe and supportive for you.
I most often work with adults navigating a wide range of life experiences, including life transitions, foster care and adoption related experiences, adjusting to life with differing abilities, symptoms of serious mental illness, and exploration of identity and culture. I also support you in healing from both distinct and complex traumatic experiences. In my practice, I value learning, care, and growth, and I enjoy helping you understand your experiences in an authentic way while offering structure, boundaries, and a sense of security. I view therapy as a collaborative process, one where we explore together.
My Practice
My approach centers on healing through connection. I work with you using empathetic, research based practices and remain committed to continuous learning and self awareness, particularly when supporting BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities. I have extensive experience helping you navigate severe mental health symptoms. I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, the Adaptive Internal Relational Network Model, and behavioral skill based strategies. Together, we collaborate to determine the methods that best align with your needs, goals, and lived experience.

More About Hannah
When I’m Not in Session
Most of my time outside of therapy is spent with my family, friends, and pets. I enjoy tabletop board games, puzzles, casual games, reading, watching television, and cheering on family members who drag race. I am usually learning something new about true crime, history, cultural identities, or wellness at any given time.
