Biography
Hi, my name is Paige!
I believe in a holistic approach to therapy, focusing on the whole person rather than breaking someone down into separate parts. This means meeting you exactly where you are, taking the time to build a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship, and working collaboratively to identify goals that feel realistic, meaningful, and aligned with your life and values.
My Practice
I work primarily with young adults who are navigating life transitions while managing mental health symptoms, substance use, or ongoing recovery. I am especially passionate about working with LGBTQIA+ individuals and supporting people as they explore, affirm, and develop their identities. Much of my experience centers on helping those impacted by addiction, and I strive to meet each person with understanding, respect, and honesty as they move through their own unique journey.
In our work together, you can expect me to be empathetic, direct, and real, while always leading with compassion. I believe therapy can, and should, include moments of humor and lightness alongside deeper, more challenging conversations. I focus on creating a space where you can work through the hard stuff, laugh when you need to, and show up fully as yourself. My goal is to make therapy feel human, supportive, and grounded in genuine connection.

More About Paige
When I’m Not in Session
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my dog and my partner, being outdoors when it’s warm, crafting niche fiber arts, and keeping up with all the reality TV shows. I am also deeply committed to social justice and advocacy and participate in local mutual aid efforts, social justice actions, and volunteer with LGBTQIA+ youth.
